超细纤维增加单位面积纤维的数量和表面积，从而使熔喷布具有很好的过滤性、屏蔽性、绝热性和吸油性。可用于空气、液体过

滤材料、口罩材料、吸油材料等领域。

be used in the fields of air, liquid filter materials, mask materials, thermal insulation materials, oil-absorbing materials etc.

设备工作原理及特点：

1， 通过驻极平台将纯水加速至亚音速状态喷射至熔喷布，使其摩擦产生饱和静电

储存于熔喷布， 使熔喷布得到高率效（99 以上）.

2，整线工作效率是同行的2 倍，约1200KG/天

3，放卷为主动放卷，设备自带3 套恒张力自动跟踪系统，停关机更平稳，布面不易

拉伸断裂，减少了过滤效率降低的因素，熔喷布产品稳定。

4，普通电驻极很难稳定做P2 布，水驻极生产P2 布稳定，适当的基布配合水驻极

母粒可以达到生产P3。
